I、Term of Cooperation

1.1 Quality standard: Compliance with the related ISO9001: 2008 Standard

1.2 Deliver Item: FOB 

ü Loading Port: Qingdao port of China 

1.3 Packaging standard: Original factory packaging loading in container 

1.4 Transportation way: By sea

1.5 Deliver period in China: 10 days (The delivery as per buyer’s payment value have been received in China)

1.6 Payment way: The total invoice value will be payment within 10workdays from sale contract signature date by telegraphic transfer 

1.7 Quality guarantee: The quality guarantee period of all equipment is 12 months since the date when the machine installation and debug have been complete.

1.8 Installation and debugging: The livestock abattoir equipment will be installation by buyer’s technicians with supplier’s technicians technical support.
