On March 14, 2024, Mr. Jose Raul from Seychelles visited our production site for an in-depth tour of an impressive 1,500bpH poultry slaughter line (1,500 birds per hour).
The poultry slaughter line uses an automated system to accurately and efficiently transport poultry to all processing stages. During the slaughter process, professional bloodletting, hair removal, gutting and other equipment operate in turn, each step in strict compliance with hygiene standards and quality requirements.
Behind the high capacity of 1500bph is an advanced control system in accurate scheduling. The system can monitor the production progress in real time, ensure the seamless connection of all links, and greatly improve the production efficiency. At the same time, we also focus on environmental protection and sustainable development, through scientific sewage treatment and waste treatment systems, to reduce the impact on the environment.
During his visit, Mr. Jose Raul showed great interest and high recognition of our poultry slaughter line. Our professional team explained the whole process for it, and introduced the performance characteristics, operation process and after-sales service of the equipment in detail.
