VII、Payment Way:

The total invoice value will be payment as three time, the detail as “Sale Contract; Article Three ”

VIII、Installation and Debugging:

The quotation have include equipment installation and debugging direction salary of technicians, but not include international re-turn air tickets cost of technicians、accommodation and transport cost in buyer country.

The installation & debugging time will be postponed caused by buyer which make equipment can't installation in time, the buyer should payment salary to technicians $50 us dollar per technicians per shift for postponed time.

IX、Quality Guarantee:

The quality guarantee period of all equipments is 12 months since the date when the installation and debug have been finished, the equipments are made available to buyer and signature is made on the Buyer’s Completed Bill.

X、 Machinery Maintaining:

The seller will appoint two well skilled technicians stay in buyer factory for equipment maintain、staffs training、technicians training for one year, the buyer charge the accommodation and round-trip tickets of technician, the salary of technicians charge free.

The electric wire from machine to electric cabinet have been include in total quotation, the electric wire from electric controlling cabinet to stated grid do not include in quotation which will supply by buyer himself according to slaughtering plant located condition

V、Livestock Abattoir Hot Water Solution Systems:

The hot water heating boiler have been included in total quotation for livestock slaughtering plant

VI、Livestock Abattoir Refrigeration Systems:

The total quotation not include any refrigeration systems for livestock slaughtering plant (if the buyer require refrigeration machine then the buyer need special note the seller for quotation)

VII、Livestock Abattoir Rendering Plant Systems:

The total quotation not include anything for rendering plant equipment, the rendering plant systems mainly used to processing livestock abattoir solid water (hair, blood, viscera, claws, head and so on) for animal feeds (if the buyer require rendering plant machine then the buyer need special note the seller for quotation)

VIII、Livestock Abattoir Sewage (Waste Water) Treatment Systems:

The total quotation not include anything for livestock abattoir sewage treatment, (if the buyer require sewage treatment machine then the buyer need special note the seller for quotation)

IX、The Livestock Abattoir Equipment Sum-Total (Amount) Sheet:
