In the vast land of Kazakhstan, a slaughter line of 50 cows per day, which we carefully designed for Mr. Aziz, is showing strong vitality.
It adopts advanced automatic control system to realize the intelligent operation of the whole process. From cattle transport, stun, bloodletting, to skinning, gutting, segmentation and other links, are carried out by high-precision equipment to ensure that each process meets strict hygiene standards and quality requirements.
Among them, the stun equipment adopts the international advanced shock stun technology, which can quickly make the cow unconscious, reduce the pain of the animal, and ensure the adequacy of the bloodletting. The peeling link uses an efficient mechanical peeling device, which greatly improves the working efficiency, and the peeling effect is uniform and complete. The gutting process uses sophisticated automated equipment to accurately remove the guts of the cattle and avoid contamination of the meat.
